Did I say I hate social media or just the word MEDIA?
I’m not sure I hate it, although I do prefer conversational marketing to it. I guess “new media” and “social media” have the same inward facing integration challenges and I just want to make sure the industry doesn’t have to go through the same dysfunctional song and dance before it is forced to accept an idea whose time has come.
