Danny: If you, as a stockholder, sued both Eisenberg AND the Disney Board of Directors (who are all financially answerable to stockholders) for financial mismanagement and poor decisions that cost you money, you might stop this idiocy. Otherwise, what happened keeps on happening. (i.e. Hewlett-Packard). People don’t seem to understand the Board of Directors of a company is there for a reason: OVERSIGHT. They are often PAID for this. This is one reason they are accountable to stockholders for mismangement, and this kind of dealing at Disney is certainly mismanagement. Wonder if Eisenherg would have been such a complete ass if HIS money was at stake instead of yours and thousands of other stockholders?
