In pursuit of a winning testimonial, Viddler was wise to visit the home of Wine Library in Springfield, New Jersey. Because that’s where Gary Vaynerchuk works!

I love how Vaynerchuk says, “The wine world needs an advocate, the wine world needs me. They need the person who knows about wine but doesn’t want to be a jerk about it.”
I feel the same way about advertising. Now, if I only had the on-camera presence to go with it…

    You’ve gotta be kidding David — you are a much more palatable personality to most that Gary V.
    Sure, many admire his energy and his accessible shtick, but plenty of people find it grating too.
    You need to crack out the flip cam so we can all experience the gloriousness of the beard — gravitas writ large.

    Still, the idea of being an on-air personality makes me uncomfortable, but maybe that’s a good thing. Stretching is often uncomfortable, until one is limber.
