Blue Collar Interactive in Hood River, OR has come up with a unique way of introducing themselves to potential clients and the greater business community.
Via its “Open House” concept, Blue Collar is offering one local company the chance to receive $20,000 in creative services for free. The package will be awarded to the most-deserving company based on their core values, commitment to community and any hardships they may be facing.
“We recognize that we are launching our business in uncertain economic times and rather than host a lavish launch party, we thought what better way to open up shop than by demonstrating how our creative services can help organizations gain a competitive advantage at a local level, in a community that we love,” said April Donovan, Co-Founder and Director of Creative Services at Blue Collar.
To participate Oregon-based businesses and organizations simply submit a 400-word essay on their Oregon roots, core values, commitment to community, and why their project deserves to win.
Blue Collar is accepting submissions through January 29th. Agency partners will review all submitted essays, choosing the top three, which will be posted for voting by the general public from Monday, February 1st through Friday, February 5th. The company that earns the most votes will be announced on Friday, February 5th at 12:00 pm PST.
