Emotional connections with a brand are built on emotional bonds between people. It’s smart for Google, a technology company, to remind us all what’s life’s all about.
“A little help with the little things” is a somewhat odd, totally humble signoff, because one’s memories are their true treasures. Nevertheless, this love story in 90-seconds is a powerful commercial and one that generates goodwill.
