Looks like a shoo-in for the Society of News Design’s next awards. Newspapers should be creative—if only enough managements permitted their designers to do this, particularly in the face of online news properties and blogs. After all, if journalists aren’t going to give us decent stories, they may as well seduce us with pretty pictures.
