Once upon a time, I toiled at a Denver agency with not one, but two married couples at the helm. I found it frightening.
I also worked at another large Denver agency with more marriages (and relationships) than I could possibly keep track of. The thing that sucks about that set up is, you piss off one person, and inevitably find that you also have a problem with their partner.
