To help Nike Running UK engage with an aspirational young female audience, AKQA created a short film ‘Music Runs Ellie’ which launched today as part of a wider social media campaign for Nike+.
Ellie Goulding, who has just finished a sold out tour of the US, managed to fit time into her hectic schedule to train for Run to the Beat, powered by Nike+, London’s Music Half Marathon which took place on September 25, 2011.
As part of her collaboration with Nike, Ellie also released an exclusive mix inspired by her love of running. ‘Run into the Light’ works seamlessly as a 30-minute running aid, with peaks and troughs that sync perfectly into the rhythm of a run.
