Willsonville-based online show merchant, Solestruck, is now doing business face-to-face in Portland’s trendy Pearl District.
According to The Oregonian, Bryce Morrow, Solestruck’s director of operations, saw unexpected opportunity in Portland’s retail vacancies, now at 8 percent.
“We wouldn’t have done this type of thing two years ago,” he said. “In another two to five years, I don’t think this opportunity would be here again.”
