SONIC is out with a new social media campaign from Goodby Silverstein & Partners.
The new #AmazeYourMouth campaign benefits from the comedic talent of SONIC’s iconic Two Guys, Peter Grosz and T.J. Jagodowski, along with John Lutz of 30 Rock and Second City stars Chelsea Devantez and Carisa Barreca. In addition, SONIC partnered with Vine and YouTube star Zach King, along with Snapchat and Instagram influencers Arantza Fahnbulleh and 80Fitz.
“We thought it would be really fun to use SONIC’s specialty drinks as the basis for compelling improv, highlighting our new Lemonade and Frozen Limeade flavors like Blue Raspberry, Cherry and Strawberry,” said Todd Smith, president and chief marketing officer for SONIC.
#AmazeYourMouth also features a collaboration with GIPHY’s product, GIPHY Cam, and SONIC. To build on the prevalence of personalized animated selfie filters, GIPHY is joining forces with SONIC Drive-In and VaynerMedia to launch filters that transform fans into Sipsters. The Sipsters filters will launch on the GIPHY CAM mobile app June 4 and will be available through June 11.
