We keep hearing how the United States is a nation of laws. And how we’re better than this.
Those are talking points. Facts point in another direction. Facts say we are a lawless society where terror reigns.
Facts say we are not better than this.
Here is one fact: no other nation on Earth has anywhere near the gun violence that citizens of the United States must endure each and every day.
And why is that? So the gun makers can continue to make their death profits?
Growing Factions on the Right Want What’s Right
Republicans for the Rule of Law is a group of life-long Republicans dedicated to defending the institutions of our republic and upholding the rule of law.
The group is also running commercials that make help make their case to the public.
That is not what the report said.
The investigation was not a witch hunt.
Facts are easy to read but tough for pathological liars and others to swallow.
I Am Concerned About Obstruction of Justice (We Too!)
These things have happened in our house.
It is our responsibility to do what we can to clear it up.
Facts sink in the swamp.
Nevertheless, in a representative democracy, facts are oxygen. Remove them from the discussion, and no one can breathe, or consequently think.
