Colle+McVoy introduces a new campaign for the Minnesota State Lottery that uses hamsters to show how Scratch Games provide relief from the grind of the rat, er hamster, race.

The campaign inlcudes seven, 30-second television spots directed by Rocky Morton of MJZ. All feature hamsters interacting in human-like scenarios.
