One of the best things a brand can do is focus on facilitating connections between customers. At the very least, customers have the brand in common, and chances are good that they have much more in common, as well.
Tim Horton’s, one of North America’s largest restaurant chains, found a way to tap into this “connections” strategy, and by doing so it reveals the humanity inherent in its own brand.
