Coca-Cola and Marvel Studios joined forces to launch a commercial inspired by the new movie Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Endgame.
The commercial will be aired in 57 countries, without any adaptation to regional markets – a first for the global beverage brand.
The young heroine of the spot, like the heroes in the film, is willing to do whatever it takes (to see a movie with her friends). She misses the bus, downs a Coke and flies through the urbanscape in pursuit of her cinematic mission.
“Since the brand has always been associated with a young audience, connecting with Marvel Studios and with one its most anticipated films this year only reinforces this connection and helps us tell new stories to our consumers”, says Poliana Sousa, Marketing Director of Coca-Cola Brasil.
Roll Film…
When the fourth Avengers movie lands in theaters nationwide on April 26, not only will it be the last outing in the franchise, but it will be the longest movie in Marvel history.
The longest MCU film to date is last year’s Avengers: Infinity War, which clocked in at two hours and 29 minutes. But that is nothing compared with the reported Endgame runtime, a near-endless three hours and two minutes.
