Talk Talk Walk

Best Buy is a company I loathe and will never support.
The reason for my attitude is the $190 restocking fee Best Buy levied after I brought a PC back to the store in Lakewood, CO 18 hours after purchase. While Best Buy may have felt justified in that charge, I will never shop there again and I make it a point to to tell everyone I know what a horrible experience I had at Best Buy (seven years ago!).
Given these circumstances, running the following video herein makes little sense. But I’m going to do it anyway, on the chance that Barry Judge is a real change agent.

Talk is great and the quest for open dialogue and transparency is great. But that doesn’t alter fundamental issues at the store. Are the heinous restocking fees still in place? That’s the only question I have for Mr. Judge.

About David Burn

I wrote my first ad for a local political candidate when I was 17 (she went on to win her race, and I felt the power of persuasive copy for the first time). Today, I live near Portland, Oregon and spend my days building brands for companies that matter.
