Pepsi Kicks Sand In Coke’s Face With New “Santa Dancing” Spot

Coca-cola and Santa are buds. During the winter months, that is. But not in the summer, not if Pepsi has any say in it.

“Santa Dancing” features Coke’s de facto mascot hitting up a beachside bar after dancing his jolly rear off. When the bartender offers Santa his traditional Coke, he states his preference for the good stuff, explaining, “I’m on vacation.”

TBWA/Chiat/Day worked with director Joe Pytka and Union editing house to create Pepsi’s first national spot in over three years.
