Portland-based Keen Footwear makes great shoes. That might be enough for some, but Keeniacs want more. They want their brand to stand for something and it does. Just what it stands for can be pieced together on the company’s blog and on YouTube. One new product video inspired a dissatisfied fan to write, “I’m sorry, Keen. I love your brand but there’s a tad too much cheesiness for such a cool company.” Another video highlights the company’s giving nature, while another features Keen’s sales reps hamming it up holiday style.
