Loyalty Programs Have Nothing To Do With Actual Loyalty (And Other Points I Made)

Tonight I was honored to make a return appearance on The BeanCast with show host Bob Knorpp, as well as Ben Malbon and Saul Colt.

We discussed a number of topics, including the low percentage of money spent by marketers on loyalty programs, start-ups using college students to promote their brands for free, and Apple’s lack of social media engagement.

All in all, a very lively discussion. Give it a listen.
