Eric Karjaluoto’s new book Speak Human is about how small companies can outmarket their larger competitors by getting personal. To promote the book and the ideas therein, Karjaluoto is sending out copies with handwritten notes to members of the industry press (thanks Eric!) and making videos for his book’s YouTube page.
