University of Oregon Advertising professor, Deborah Morrison, is interested in the creative process. Her new book, The Creative Process Illustrated: How Advertising’s Big Ideas Are Born, co-written by W. Glenn Griffin, explores the subject in detail.
“We asked writers and art directors to draw how you think,” Morrison said.
Morrison and Griffin also asked some of the book’s contributors to appear on camera.
Morrison is speaking at a Portland Ad Fed luncheon next Friday. I’m ready to hear more from the professor, although I’ve heard enough from Roddy and Palmer for one afternoon.
