While I'd love to see outdoor advertising vanish from the earth, we may as well do something fun with it until that post-apocalyptic day comes.

The bleak yellow rectangle still makes it look sleazy, though, and the rainbow effect is wasted during the day. It's a cute idea, but it seems unfinished.
