Why Is Sprint/Nextel Agitating The Dots With A Review?

I'm not the target market, but a lot of the recent Sprint/Nextel work has made me chuckle. Like this spot. And I don't laugh much at what comes on TV randomly.

But according to Adweek, Sprint/Nextel is looking to consolidate its account at one agency. There's $1 billion at stake:

The client is seeking a "fresh approach" and "new thinking" to drive its business, the rep added.

"It's really about regaining our competitive momentum," said the rep.

Well, OK. I guess clients figure that a big-time review is the best way to agitate all those ad agency dots.

I was a Happy customer of t-mobil for about 4 years until I found that Nextel has this Inernational Walkie-Talkie feature which in my case will help me to save money in International phone calls to the people I need to communicate acrros the boarder for my business. So I sign with nextel/Sprint And I went and bought one of the most expensive phone they had at that time (3 Months ago). I do not understand what is the problem with customer service in this company maybe because they sub-contract cutomer service or I do not know why, but every time that I try to correct the plan I should be on, something different appears in my bill and I get charged tremendous amount of monies for this service. As soon as can get out of this contract I will cancel the service and never go back
