Sukle Strikes Again
Sukle Advertising + Design has been busy cranking out some of the Rocky Mountain region's best work for years. They do it again here, on behalf of Denver Water (although they have yet to address the utility's web site).

yes, we're overthinking it, but everyone who understands media knows they PAID for the entire space, despite only using a section.
