Any Client Can Score By Running The Digital Media Playbook

I’ve worked for a number of small agencies during my career. And nearly all of them struggled to provide some extra knowledge for their clients. To serve as some sort of trusted advisor, so to speak.

Seattle-based Williams-Helde Marketing Communications operates a little differently, bringing to its clients and the public a good repository of knowledge with its annual Digital Media Playbook.

The Digital Media Playbook covers the basics of digital marketing, including various platforms, media buying, targeting, tracking, and a look at what the future holds. And while it might sound like old news to some of you, I’m always amazed how many agency pros and clients still seem overwhelmed by it all.

Williams-Helde has done a good job here taking a lot of information and making it easy to digest. You can download a copy of the 2012 Digital Media Playbook here.
