Honda’s Element is going to the dogs. Literally.
The Japanese automaker is introducing a “Dog Friendly” version of the sport utility vehicle. The concept car features a cushioned pet bed with safety restraints in the cargo area, a spill-resistant water bowl, and even a ventilation fan to keep canines comfortable. A folding ramp gives animals an easy way to get in and out.

There are about 75 million dogs in the U.S., and the market for pet products and services totaled more than $43 billion last year, according to the American Pet Products Manufacturers Association.
Since we adopted a dog five weeks ago, I’ve been shopping for all sorts of new items. The one standout item that our puppy loves most is Breathies All Natural Cage Free Duck Breast Jerky from Dogswell. If I even go near the bag, Lucy sits at attention completely absorbed by her treat.
